Sunset Bloom continues the dialogue between my 3D sculptures and 2D paintings through the recurring image of Blix’s balloon-flower bouquet. Reimagined through warm sunset tones, while the form remains familiar, the shift in palette introduces a different feeling—warmer, softer, and more reflective—mirroring the way memories evolve depending on time, emotion, and perspective. Like the original work, the piece moves across mediums while preserving its essence, allowing the same gesture of care and tenderness to take on new emotional life through color.
