This piece was my first exploration into a dialogue between my 3D sculptures and 2D paintings through; the recurring image of Blix’s balloon-flower bouquet. What began as a sketch evolved into a three-dimensional art toy and is now reinterpreted on a circular canvas, shifting in medium, technique, and scale while preserving its emotional core. This transformation reflects how memories can change over time—taking on new meanings and a new emotion as they are revisited, reshaped, and re-expressed. Though the form changes, the essence remains intact, allowing the same gesture to exist across dimensions as a continuous, living idea.
