These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the SAB Gallery Collection website, applications, artist dashboard, collector dashboard, exhibitions, art fairs, and related services.
1. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
2. Applications & Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All acceptance decisions are made solely by SAB Gallery Collection.
3. Participation Fees
Participation fees, payment schedules, and exhibition costs are determined by the specific opportunity and may vary by event.
4. Confidentiality
Participation fees, pricing structures, collector information, internal communications, business processes, agreements, and platform features are confidential and may not be shared without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
Artists retain ownership of their artwork. By submitting artwork, artists grant SAB Gallery Collection permission to use images for review, promotion, marketing, exhibition catalogs, website listings, social media, and press purposes.
6. Platform Use
Users agree not to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, or misuse the platform, workflows, systems, dashboards, or proprietary business processes.
7. Artwork Information
Artists are responsible for providing accurate titles, dimensions, pricing, editions, and medium information.
8. Sales & Commissions
Sales commissions, artist payouts, and related financial arrangements are governed by the applicable agreement for each exhibition, fair, or representation opportunity.
9. Collector Information
Collector information is confidential and may not be solicited, copied, distributed, or used outside authorized gallery activities.
10. Payments & Invoices
All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in loss of participation privileges.
11. Exhibitions & Art Fairs
Participation is subject to venue rules, exhibition requirements, installation requirements, and gallery standards.
12. Limitation of Liability
SAB Gallery Collection is not responsible for technical interruptions, website outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
13. Termination
SAB Gallery Collection reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
14. Privacy
User information will be handled according to the SAB Gallery Collection Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to Terms
SAB Gallery Collection may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, submitting an application, uploading artwork, signing agreements, or using the platform, the user acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
